Description
The City of Boynton Beach Recreation and Parks is partnering with Baptist Health to host Wellness Wednesdays, a series of events around the city to help promote and increase wellness among all community members.
The next event is a Sweat and Swagger dance class on Wednesday, Jan. 25, hosted by Joanna Cavalcante.
The class will take place at Intracoastal Park, 2240 N. Federal Highway, and will begin at 6 p.m. The class is FREE, but advance registration is required at bit.ly/SweatandSwaggerJanuary.
